Middle East, Africa, and India see 47% increases in Porsche sales

For the second year running, Porsche sales in the Middle East, Africa, and India grew by double digits as drivers choose the venerable automotive brand.

In 2023, Porsche distributed 9,135 vehicles throughout the Middle East, Africa, and India.

This comes after a 20% increase the year before and represents an 11% growth in comparison to 2022.

"2023 was another year of growth for our region thanks to our exceptional Porsche product line-up, in conjunction with the efforts of our importers and staff," stated Dr. Manfred Bräunl, CEO of Porsche Middle East and Africa.

In order to provide our clients with "dreams," our team keeps up its diligent work. We commemorated 75 years of Porsche sports cars throughout a packed year of thrilling occasions and the introduction of new products.

In a year when a new, updated model was introduced, the Cayenne continued to be the best-selling Porsche model in the area.

Sales of the Taycan all-electric sports saloon had an 80% increase over the previous year, making it the best year yet.

In November, over 27,000 people attended the third iteration of the Icons of Porsche festival in Dubai, nearly twice as many as the previous year.

"After an incredible 2023, we have another exciting year ahead of us this year," Bräunl stated.

"There will be numerous new facility openings throughout the region in addition to a number of significant product launches, such as the all-electric Macan and Taycan models.

Therefore, 2024 promises to be an exciting year as we keep up our good work to satisfy our Porsche owners and strengthen our relationships with reliable importer partners.
